★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com problema com meu portão e o Sr. Willian mto generosamente me deu algumas explicações por telefone que fizerem com que o portão voltasse a funcionar....varias empresas sugeriram a troca do motor...parabéns pela honestidade.
I was having trouble with my gate and Mr. Willian very generously gave me some telephone explanations to get the gate back into operation .... several companies suggested changing the engine ... congratulations on honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lesado por essa loja e fiz uma péssima compra por telefone... Só não fui pessoalmente no local da "loja" porque fui alertado que o local é duvidoso pra não falar outra coisa... Pedi para o vendedor por telefone uma câmera que gravasse placa de carro a 20-30 metros de distância. Sendo assim o mesmo me garantiu uma câmera ótima na fala dele. Porém na prática a câmera era de origem dúvida sem nenhum programa nativo. E o pior não gravava placa de carro nem a 5 metros direito... No final das contas perdi + de 500 reais. O vendedor não quis nem saber de devolver o dinheiro ou ajudar essa situação. Não indico essa loja nem para o meu pior inimigo... LOJA NOTA 0
I was injured by this store and I made a terrible purchase over the phone ... I just didn’t go personally to the "store" site because I was warned that the place is doubtful not to say anything else ... I asked the seller over the phone for a camera that record car license plates 20-30 meters away. So the same thing guaranteed me a great camera in his speech. However, in practice, the camera was of doubt origin without any native program. And the worst was not recording a license plate even 5 meters straight ... In the end I lost 500 + reais. The seller did not even want to return the money or help this situation. I don't recommend this store even to my worst enemy ... STORE NOTE 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tínhamos já a garantia de um serviço anterior. Ao mexerem ontem com o interfone da outra casa do terreno, q era na mesma rede elétrica, o interfone da minha casa parou de funcionar. Colocaram por conta de "coincidência" meu interfone parar na mesma hora q mexeram do da outra casa, qd pode ter havido desde algum leve curto até soltado fios no manuseio. Viraram as costas e se negaram a prestar tanto a garantia qt arcar com o dano causado à minha propriedade. Resultado: pagamos para um dos interfones parar de funcionar e eles nos viraram as costas. Isto não é conduta de uma empresa honesta. Não desejo mais q concertem nada e que passem longe, de minha casa e da qm mais na rua eu puder relatar o ocorrido. 100% de certeza q se um interfone q divide ligacao eletrica para de funcionar no mesmo instante q se desconecta outro, houve relacao entre o servico prestado e a interrupcao do funcionamento do meu. O técnico n ser capaz de analisar e concluir sem querer jogar a culpa em fiação (embutida!) ou aparelho q estava 100% bem... foi má vontade de arcar com os custos do próprio erro. Recomendo q nunca contratem a empresa.
We already had the guarantee of a previous service. When they messed with the intercom of the other house on the land yesterday, which was on the same electricity network, the intercom of my house stopped working. They put it on account of "coincidence" that my intercom stopped at the same time that they moved the one from the other house, which could have been anything from a slight short to loose wires during handling. They turned their backs and refused to provide such a guarantee as to bear the damage caused to my property. Result: we paid for one of the intercoms to stop working and they turned their backs on us. This is not honest company conduct. I no longer wish that they fix anything and that they pass far away, from my house and whoever else on the street I can report what happened. 100% sure q if an intercom q splits the electrical connection stops working at the same instant q disconnects another, there was a relationship between the service provided and the interruption in the operation of mine. The technician n being able to analyze and conclude without wanting to blame the wiring (built-in!) or the appliance that was 100% fine... it was unwilling to bear the costs of the error itself. I recommend that you never hire the company.
