Fez o plano, combinou que teria 6 meses de desconto (pois ele mesmo depositaria a diferença) e mandou um comprovante de agendamento de depósito, que já faz 5 dias que foi "feito" e até agora não entrou na minha cont

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho demonstrar toda a minha indignação com o corretor Rafael Cavalcanti Vimercati. Fui enganada por essa pessoa na contratação do plano Golden Cross. Segundo ele, eu pagando a primeira prestação já teria direito a usar da mesma e já teria um número de matrícula. A matrícula chegou, mas ela esta desativada; fui pedir explicações a ele e não obtive mais respostas. Agora soube o motivo: a primeira parcela que paguei a esse senhor não foi a mensalidade, foi a taxa de angariação do corretor. Ele não me falou isso, usando de má fé e deslealdade. Tenho todos os áudios. Inclusive disse tb que eu teria desconto de 15% nas próximas 4 prestações, o que é mentira tb. Só a partir do dia 20 que vou começar a ter direito a usar o plano. Não contrate com essa pessoa. PS: fui muito bem atendida pelo supervisor Alanderson que me tratou muito bem e sanou todas as minhas dúvidas.

Tenho provas como prints e áudios!!
Fiquem bem longe dessa corretora!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 10/2020 foi fechada apólice de plano de saúde junto a Bradesco, no qual o Sr. Alexandre, se apresentou como corretor da MS Business Corretora de Seguros Ltda , nos apresentou a proposta e enviou os documentos da BGMG ao Sr. Paulo.
A apólice foi fechada. Porém alguns meses depois a Sulamérica nos informou que o plano não havia sido cancelado.
Entramos em contato com o Sr. Alexandre, que nos encaminhou os protocolos de cancelamento, abrimos uma reclamação na Sulamérica, porém esta informa que os números não são válidos, com isso não estamos conseguindo anular o procedimento de cobrança, e principalmente, a negativação.
Já tentamos contatos, porém sem sucesso. Necessitamos que a cobrança seja cancelada, caso não tenha resposta para esta mensagem até o final desta semana, o único caminho será a via judicial, pois a empresa não concorda em pagar, uma vez que a migração foi toda operada pelo corretor, que por sua vez inclusive enviou os protocolos de cancelamento, que não estão sendo aceitos pela Sulamérica.
Fomos obrigados a fazer um parcelamento junto a Sulamerica para não ter o nome da empresa negativado.
Até o momento, nem o Sr Paulo responsável pela corretora, nem o Sr. Alexandre se pronunciam no sentido de assumir a responsabilidade desse débito.
On 10/2020, a health plan policy was signed with Bradesco, in which Mr. Alexandre, introduced himself as a broker for MS Business Corretora de Seguros Ltda, presented us with the proposal and sent the BGMG documents to Mr. Paulo.
The policy has been closed. But a few months later, Sulamérica informed us that the plan had not been cancelled.
We contacted Mr. Alexandre, who forwarded the cancellation protocols to us, we opened a complaint in Sulamérica, but he informs us that the numbers are not valid, so we are not able to cancel the billing procedure, and especially the negation.
We have already tried contacts, but without success. We need the charge to be cancelled, if you do not have a response to this message by the end of this week, the only way will be through court, as the company does not agree to pay, since the migration was all operated by the broker, who for his time has even sent the cancellation protocols, which are not being accepted by Sulamérica.
We were forced to make an installment payment with Sulamerica in order not to have the company name denied.
So far, neither Mr. Paulo responsible for the brokerage, nor Mr. Alexandre has made a decision to assume responsibility for this debt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A atendente até é bem simpática, mas deixou a desejar no que mais importa que á a eficiência no atendimento. Fiquei com uma pendência de inclusão de beneficiária simplesmente porque a Bradesco alegava que faltava o cpf. Porém o CPF já esteva descrito na certidão de nascimento entregue a muito tempo. Não indico, saiam fora e procurem outra corretora.... Não estou conseguindo achar a razão social correta dessa empresa.... Mas vou achar...
Terrible attendance. The attendant is even very friendly, but left something to be desired in what matters most, which is the efficiency of the service.
