★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedora cujo nome seria Brenda, passou um preço diferente para mim, e outras pessoas que tive contato disseram que ela passou outro valor totalmente abusivo. Quis tirar foto do meu RG e comprovante de residência. Além dela rasgar o álbum na cara da minha amiga, ela ficou nervosa por ela não querer ficar, considero isso uma falta de ética e profissionalismo. Não vou ficar com meu álbum pois o preço é fora do normal e já passaram anos que me formei, não mandei ninguém fazer álbum para eu ficar ou rasgar. Espero que venham fazer a devolução e se for necessário rasgar o álbum na minha cara também! E atendimento da empresa é zero.

I hope you will return and if it is necessary to rip the album in my face too! And the company's service is zero.

A empresa foi ao meu endereço sem um agendamento ou aviso prévio, em Outubro de 2021 me oferecer um álbum de formatura com fotos tiradas em 2020, eles chegaram com o álbum impresso, sem que eu pudesse escolher as que gostei ou pedir quaisquer alterações, as fotos não foram tratadas, ou seja, minimamente editadas. Tinham fotos desfocadas, fotos de cabeça para baixo, e mesmo tendo passado por cinco fotógrafos diferentes nenhum me avisou que eu estava com dente manchado por conta do batom e não consertaram isso com edição.
Me deixaram retirar só 24 fotos do álbum, e como ele já veio impresso se eu não gostasse de uma foto e retirasse ela, a do verso também sairia, mesmo que eu quisesse manter.
De cinco fotógrafos apenas 2 sugeriram poses e faltou profissionalidade dos outros.
As fotos não foram recortadas, então da para ver até o chão que eles supostamente tentaram tampar com um tapete.
Alguns dias após postar minhas reclamações sobre os serviços prestados pela empresa eles entraram em contato comigo, pediram desculpas, editaram as fotos e me apresentaram o albúm novamente, sem custos adicionais.
O albúm chegou, as fotos foram devidamente editadas, e o problema foi solucionado em pouco menos de três semanas.
Update (problem + solution)
The company came to my address without an appointment or prior notice, in October 2021 they offered me a graduation album with photos taken in 2020, they arrived with the printed album, without my being able to choose the ones I liked or ask for any changes, the photos were not treated, that is, minimally edited. There were blurry pictures, upside down pictures, and even though I had gone through five different photographers none of them told me I had a stained tooth from the lipstick and they didn't fix it with editing.
They allowed me to remove only 24 photos from the album, and as it was already printed, if I didn't like a photo and I removed it, the one on the back would also be removed, even if I wanted to keep it.
Out of five photographers, only 2 suggested poses and the others lacked professionalism.
The photos weren't cropped, so you can see down to the floor they supposedly tried to cover up with a rug.
A few days after posting my complaints about the services provided by the company they contacted me, apologized, edited the photos and presented the album to me again, at no additional cost.
The album arrived, the photos were properly edited, and the problem was fixed in just under three weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar estrela negativa contribuiria para o péssimo atendimento e o péssimo profissionalismo, Vendedores sem vontade de trabalhar, desorganizados quando foram na minha escola nem souberam organizar o evento direito, sem contar que cobram um preço absurdo por um trabalho lixo, e um atendimento ruim, não recomendo essa empresa e aqui deixo a minha insatisfação e o péssimo profissionalismo.
If I could give a negative star, it would contribute to the bad service and the bad professionalism, Salespeople unwilling to work, disorganized when they went to my school, they didn't even know how to organize the event properly, not to mention that they charge an absurd price for rubbish work, and bad service , I do not recommend this company and here I leave my dissatisfaction and the terrible professionalism.

Trouxeram o álbum na minha casa, eu não estava, pediram pra minha filha assinar um TERMO DE RESPONSABILIDADE, que deixariam o álbum com ela pra eu ver qdo chegar, se eu não pudesse ficar, voltariam buscar no dia seguinte. Minha filha acreditou, assinou, agora se recusam a buscar o álbum de volta. São estelionatários!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, vão na minha escola fazer fotos de formatura, não falam o valor, produtos, kits e contratos, apenas uma tabela com meus dados e dizem que cada foto vale x. 1 mês e meio depois, um cara veio com um kit com todas as fotos em uma quantidade absurda, e ele não era o menos profissional, me acusando de que eu sabia tudo menos minha aula, e que eu não podia ser nada . O álbum tinha fotos que eu nem gostava e pedi para tirar algumas, mas mesmo assim os 2000 reais estavam muito longe do que nos disseram. Pedi para divulgar e vender os produtos do kit, mas não, eles te obrigam a comprar o kit inteiro. Não recomendo essa empresa para ninguém, se for na sua escola, peça para que leiam o contrato e prestem atenção no que acontece com a bomba, porque nem o chamado patrão sabe falar comigo. Muito pouco profissional para uma solução muito simples e rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, foram na minha escola fazer as fotos de formatura sem informar valor, produto, kit e contrato nenhum, apenas uma folha com meus dados e dizendo que cada foto seria um valor x. 1 mês e meio depois chegou uma pessoa com um kit com todas as fotos, um valor absurdo e não teve o mínimo de profissionalismo me acusando que eu tava ciente de tudo mas eu e minha turma não teve acesso a essas informações nenhuma. O álbum com fotos que eu nem gostei, pedi para tirar algumas mas mesmo assim o valor de mais de 2mil reais não está nem próximo de onde foi nos falado. Pedi para facilitar e vender um produto do kit e nada, te obrigam a comprar o kit todo.
Não recomendo a ninguém esse empresa, e se for na sua escola, peçam para ler o contrato e ter ciência do que vai vim a bomba depois porque nem a suposta chefa teve compreensão de conversar comigo. Muita falta de profissionalismo para uma solução que seria muito simples e rápida.
