★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia procurado um imóvel para alugar com a MT imobiliária de sumaré-SP, estava tudo certo, já havia assinado o contrato, paguei R$10.000,00 de seguro da locação, só faltava reconhecer firma para poder pegar as chaves, porem ocorreu uma fatalidade inesperada com a minha mãe, mudou infelizmente todos meus planos, expliquei a situação para o corretor e já notei a má fé por parte dele, e não deu outra, para receber esse dinheiro de volta foi impossível, a corretora só precisava de uma declaração simples de desistência do contrato, para que eu pudesse resgatar o dinheiro, mas a mesma agiu de má fé para tentar pegar o dinheiro para eles, dizendo que eu havia assinado o contrato pegado as chaves, mas nada disso aconteceu, cheguei a assinar mas não tinha reconhecido firma, enfim, é triste ver uma situação dessas é por isso que eles tem 15 apartamentos no prédio que eu fui alugar, e não alugam nada, ninguém quer tratar com uma imobiliária que agi dessa forma.
I had looked for a property to rent with MT real estate in Sumaré-SP, everything was fine, I had already signed the contract, I paid R $ 10,000.00 for the rental insurance, I just needed to recognize a firm to be able to get the keys, but there was an unexpected fatality with my mother, unfortunately all my plans changed, I explained the situation to the broker and I already noticed the bad faith on his part, and there was no other way, to get this money back it was impossible, the broker just needed a simple statement of withdrawal of the contract, so that I could redeem the money, but she acted in bad faith to try to get the money for them, saying that I had signed the contract and took the keys, but none of this happened, I even signed but had not recognized firm, in short, it is sad to see a situation like this, that's why they have 15 apartments in the building that I went to rent, and they don't rent anything, nobody wants to deal with a real estate agent who acted like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São de uma má fé nas negociações de um jeito que nunca vi na minha vida, estávamos com um problema com eles a funcion6delws foi até a minha casa e disse que já estava tudo resolvido, 5 dias depois recebo uma correspondência de um escritório de advocacia, simplesmente isso não teve negociações nem nada, chamaram o advogado e eu que me vire !!!
Não recomendo a ninguém !!!
They are in bad faith in negotiations in a way I've never seen in my life, we had a problem with them, funcion6delws came to my house and said that everything was already resolved, 5 days later I received a letter from a law firm, there were simply no negotiations or anything, they called the lawyer and I had to turn around !!!
I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
