★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoal meio grosso, não sabem atender pessoas, não digo todos, mas a maioria, infelizmente muitos setores públicos aqui da cidade é assim, um descaso com o cidadão, e fora que não atendem telefone, nem sei pq eles tem, não atendem!
Poor service, kind of thick staff, they do not know how to serve people, I do not say all, but the majority, unfortunately many public sectors here in the city are like this, a disregard for the citizen, and outside that they do not answer the phone, I don’t even know why they have, answer!

O pessoal de lá, da informação pela metade, tem preguiça de atender quem chega e fazem tudo que podem pra não atender na hora que vc chega, não atendem telefone, alguns atendentes são grosseiros e ficam te ignorando enquanto brincam com o celular na hora que deveriam estar atendendo e apesar de lá quase não ter movimento algum, agendam atendimento mesmo quando vc é a única pessoa aguardando pra ter atendimento. Percebi que lá as únicas pessoas que trabalham são os guardas que ficam na entrada. Aff
Giant bureaucracy out of sheer laziness on the part of the staff who work at the site. The people there, half of the information, are too lazy to answer whoever arrives and do everything they can to not answer when you arrive, they do not answer the phone, some attendants are rude and ignore you while playing with the cell phone when they should be attending and although there is hardly any movement there, they schedule appointments even when you are the only person waiting to be attended. I realized that the only people who work there are the guards at the entrance. Aff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, maior discaso com o cidadão, faz a maior hora com as pessoas, ao invés de atender como deveria, fica ouvindo noticiário de esporte no computador, e quando te atende é com mal vontade. Um local que funciona até as 18:00, no horário de almoço vc tem que esperar alguém voltar do almoço pra te atender, que descaso e falta de respeito com os cidadãos que paga seus impostos e o salário desses incompetentes.
Poor, bigger discord with the citizen, makes the biggest hour with people, instead of attending as he should, he listens to sports news on the computer, and when he answers you, he is with malice. A place that works until 18:00 at lunchtime you have to wait for someone to come back from lunch to meet you, what disregard and lack of respect with the citizens who pay their taxes and the incomes of those incompetent.
