Foi muito importante os esclarecimentos em que a empresa estava deixando de me pegar muitos direitos trabalhistas que tenho.

Desta forma procurei a Agência do Ministério do Trabalho de Praia Grande e fui muito bem atendido pelo funcionário Alberto, o qual esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas e fez para mim os cálculos trabalhistas para fazer valer o meu direito junto à empresa que me demitiu.

Me explicou com muita atenção os meus direitos trabalhistas e de meu marido.
Fazer homologação na empresa foi um erro enorme, pois o trabalhador sai muito prejudicado em seus direitos trabalhistas
Assim o Senhor Alberto me informou dos graves erros que se encontram na Rescisão.
Meu marido tinha 11 anos de registro quando foi demitido e a empresa terceirizada parcelou injustamente a sua rescisão em 18 parcelas, mostrando total falta de justiça e deixando de cumprir a lei. Por isso que elogio a excelente Agência do Ministério do Trabalho de Praia Grande, pois agora sei das providências que tomarei para que a Justiça seja feita diante do grave abuso da empresa.
