★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço da Tetra é excelente! Em 2019 fizemos em casa a sala e cozinha e em 2020 os quartos. Minha casa ficou do jeito que sempre pensamos pq eles conseguiram traduzir tudo nos móveis.
Da transmissão das ideias pro papel, do prazo de confecção, na montagem ao pós-venda: nota 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria dar nenhuma estrela, pedi um orçamento enviei fotos do cômodo, e simplesmente não enviaram nenhum catálogo nem orçamento, aguardei por duas semanas e nem prazo passaram. Fiquei muito decepcionada, e ainda nem pediram desculpas quando cancelei o pedido de orçamento, só agradeceram pelo retorno negativo ...triste o desdém da empresa.
I wanted to give no stars, I asked for a quote, I sent photos of the room, and they simply didn't send any catalog or quote, I waited for two weeks and not even a deadline passed. I was very disappointed, and they didn't even apologize when I canceled the quote request, they just thanked me for the negative feedback... sad the company's disdain.
