★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com péssimos profissionais, não tiveram um mínimo de cuidado nas dependências do prédio e muito menos com os pertences do cliente. Não sabem usar um elevador, nada, não indico a ninguém para mudanças em condomínio.
Company with terrible professionals, they did not have a minimum of care in the building's premises, much less with the client's belongings. They don't know how to use an elevator, nothing, I don't recommend anyone to change the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa para uma mudança de BH para Ipatinga e perguntei duas vezes sobre seguro dos itens transportados e o proprietário me informou q ele era totalmente responsável pelo trabalho prestado, a nível de roubo de carga e avaria dos bens. Confiei na palavra dele, e por um descuido na hora de embalar minhas televisões, no qual foram colocadas juntas dentro de uma caixa, a tela de uma delas trincou. Entrei em contato com o proprietário desta empresa que simplesmente pouco se importou com o meu prejuízo, não assumiu responsabilidade alguma, marcou de olhar o problema e simplesmente não apareceu. Não indico está empresa nem se a mudança fosse gratuita, porque a falta de responsabilidade e cuidado com o cliente é enorme. Totalmente decepcionada e com um prejuízo que não valeu a pena. Deveria ter pagado a mudança com uma empresa conceituada e responsável, porque o prejuízo foi grande. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Visa apenas grana, o resto pouco vale.
I hired the company to move from Belo Horizonte to Ipatinga and asked twice about insurance for the items transported and the owner informed me that he was fully responsible for the work performed, in terms of cargo theft and damage to the goods. I took his word for it, and through an oversight in packing my televisions, in which they were placed together in a box, the screen on one of them cracked. I got in touch with the owner of this company who simply didn't care about my loss, didn't assume any responsibility, arranged to look at the problem and simply didn't show up. I do not indicate this company even if the move was free, because the lack of responsibility and care for the customer is enormous. Totally disappointed and with a loss that wasn't worth it. I should have paid for the change with a reputable and responsible company, because the loss was great. Lack of respect for the customer. Aims only for money, the rest is worth little.
