Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work! They were punctual upon arrival, careful in the disassembly/assembly of furniture and packaging of all items (clothes, crockery and the like).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um mudança das grandes, 2 casas,,e mudança de cidades, de São Paulo para o interior. O caminhão grande, bonito, limpo, levou tudo. Os funcionários excelentes. Educados, capacitados e acima de tudo alegres. Eles tem especialistas para cada tarefa, como p desmontar e montar armários, para até colocar armários presos na parede como cortesia. Uma mudança q poderia ter sido um stress, foi um momento agradável e eu fiquei muito agradecida. Obs.: nenhum copinho de cristal quebrado. Embalaram tudo, e eu não precisei nem ficar junto. Confiança total nesse time. Nota 10 !!!!

Durante a mudança, o profissionalismo e gentileza da equipe se destaca. Eles são rápidos, protegem aquilo que não foi embalado/ empacotado adequadamente para não danificar nada. Chegam super preparados com mantas, caixas, fitas, plástico bolha e toda a parafernália necessária.
Com muito bom humor e sorriso no rosto realizam esse trabalho pesado e cansativo. Montam e desmontam de um tudo.
São gentis com toda a família e não tomam decisão sem te consultar, sobre onde colocar cada coisa no endereço de destino, evitando que você tenha que deslocar caixas pesadas de um lugar para o outro após a finalização dos trabalhos.
Recomendo a qualquer um e de olhos fechados.
It's the third time I've contracted the services of this company and it always surprises me positively. Starting with the initial communication, with fast and assertive returns, budget with great cost-benefit.
During the move, the professionalism and kindness of the team stands out. They are fast, they protect what hasn't been packed/packaged properly so you don't damage anything. They arrive super prepared with blankets, boxes, ribbons, bubble wrap and all the necessary paraphernalia.
With great humor and a smile on their face, they carry out this heavy and tiring work. Assemble and disassemble from a whole.
They are kind to the whole family and don't make decisions without consulting you on where to put everything at the destination address, preventing you from having to move heavy boxes from one place to another after completing the work.
I recommend it to anyone and with your eyes closed.

Desde o atendimento pelo whats até o dia da embalagem e dia da mudança sempre todos atentos e à disposição para tirar dúvidas.
Minha única observação é em relação as caixas de mudança, que poderiam ser em material plástico reutilizável, assim não geramos ainda mais lixo no meio ambiente ( mesmo considerando que as caixas de papelão são recicláveis ) e também o custo deste material seria mais baixo. Cliente economizaria com material.
Cliente ficaria ainda mais satisfeito $ e a empresa de mudanças teria as caixas de plástico para reutilizar a cada serviço ( menos lixo ).

From whats service to packing day and moving day, everyone is always attentive and available to answer questions.
My only observation is regarding the moving boxes, which could be made of reusable plastic material, so we don't generate even more waste in the environment (even considering that cardboard boxes are recyclable) and also the cost of this material would be lower. Customer would save on material.
Customer would be even more satisfied $ and the moving company would have the plastic boxes to reuse for each service (less garbage).
