★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz algumas mudanças anteriores (dentro da mesma cidade), e infelizmente tive com a empresa Mudanças Maradona a minha pior experiência até o momento. Pessoal da equipe é muito simpático, mas em razão da não dedicação daqueles designados especificamente para a função de "carregador", o trabalho careceu da qualidade esperada. Foi a mudança mais demorada que já fiz em razão da morosidade de um dos carregadores da equipe, que mais ficava mexendo no celular do que trabalhando. Eles não conseguiram passar um sofá pela porta sob alegação de que não seria possível, mas eu consegui fazê-lo sozinho em menos de 5 min. Dou o desconto que no dia seguinte retornaram para buscar o sofá em questão. Alguns objetos foram quebrados.
I have already made some previous changes (within the same city), and unfortunately I had my worst experience so far with the company Moving Maradona. Staff on the team are very friendly, but due to the non-dedication of those specifically designated for the role of "carrier", the work lacked the expected quality. It was the most time-consuming change I've ever made due to the slowness of one of the team's chargers, who kept fiddling with his cell phone more than working. They couldn't get a sofa through the door on the grounds that it wouldn't be possible, but I managed to do it myself in less than 5 min. I give the discount that the next day they returned to get the sofa in question. Some objects were broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço deles no mês passado e estou muito satisfeita. Minha mudança saiu de Governador Valadares para o Rio de janeiro (500km de distância) e foi tudo muito tranquilo. Conversei bastante com o Marcelo (que foi muito atencioso), tirei todas as dúvidas e deixei as datas combinadas conforme minha necessidade. Na data combinada eles foram até minha casa e embalaram absolutamente tudo, levaram caixas, fitas, plástico bolha, tudo veio embalado com muito cuidado e etiquetado. No dia seguinte, como moro no centro e é complicado para estacionamento, eles vieram super cedo e deixaram o caminhão num local estratégico para o carregamento. Veio o montador (claudemir) que desmontou tudo com muito cuidado e os meninos que carregaram o caminhão. Todo o processo foi tão tranquilo, rápido e fácil que nem parecia que estava de mudança. Foi zero estresse, valeu a pena cada centavo, que por sinal foi um preço justo e ainda facilitaram o pagamento. A viagem até o Rio foi exatamente como solicitei em relação à data e horário para chegada. Os móveis foram montados na casa nova perfeitamente. Super indico pois tive uma experiência muito boa.
I hired their service last month and I am very pleased. My move left Governador Valadares to Rio de Janeiro (500km away) and everything was very smooth. I talked a lot with Marcelo (who was very attentive), I took all doubts and left the dates agreed as I needed. On the agreed date they came to my house and packed absolutely everything, they took boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, everything came carefully packed and labeled. The next day, as I live in the center and parking is complicated, they came super early and left the truck in a strategic location for loading. Then came the assembler (Claudemir) who dismantled everything very carefully and the boys who loaded the truck. The whole process was so smooth, quick and easy that it didn't even feel like it was moving. It was zero stress, it was worth every penny, which by the way was a fair price and they even made payment easier. The trip to Rio was exactly as I requested regarding the date and time for arrival. The furniture has been fitted to the new house perfectly. I really recommend it because I had a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja mudei várias vezes com outras empresas mas em um mudança de volta para Governador Valadares contratei esta empresa e tive a pior experiência da minha vida. Vou tentar resumir: não colocaram tudo o que foi combinado no contrato, só vi depois, deixaram meu animal de estimação para tras, foi uma mudança de 400 km de distância, depois tive que voltar lá com meu irmão para buscar meu animalzinho que ficou sozinho na casa vazia sem nem agua sequer, não me ressarciram os gastos. Eu estava fazendo uma mudança grande trazendo carro móveis animal de estimação, quando o caminhão estacionou na porta era um caminhao pequeno para este tipo de mudanca contratada não mandaram o maior que eles tinham conclusão: encheram dentro do carro com itens da mudança, emcima do carro, quando a mudanca chegou nao deu outra, parte da frente do carro amassou ficou cheio de aranhadinhos, vários itens da minha mudanca danificados, foi traumatizante, iriam me ressarcir R$300,00 por todo esse transtorno, o que não compensa nem os pouco mais de 800 km que rodei com meu irmao para buscar meu animalzinho, não foi uma mudanca barata, muitas coisas estragaram fora do que se espera, e advinhem só, pediram pra me pagar em 3 vezes de R$100,00 e recebi apenas a primeira parcela de R$ 100,00 reais isto ja tem meses quando mando mensagem ou qq coisa nem atendem mais nunca mais me atenderam ou responderam mensagem e no meio de toda essa tristesa que eu estava passando no inicio que eu fui até bem tranquila com eles dado o tamanho de transtorno o dono ainda pediu pra mim avaliar uma página deles da qual nem me lembro mais, fui lá fiz depois da pessima mudanca ainda esperando que no minimo me ressarcisem e nada, aconteceu isso ai pagaram R$100,00 reais e sumiram, por isto estou aqui hoje, nunca passei por uma experiência tão horrorosa em termos de servicos em toda a minha vida quando fui buscar meu animalzinh morri de medo de nem a encontrar mais la e estou aqui resumindo os fatos.
I have moved several times with other companies but in a move back to Governador Valadares I hired this company and had the worst experience of my life. I'll try to summarize: they didn't put everything that was agreed in the contract, I only saw it later, they left my pet behind, it was a change of 400 km away, then I had to go back there with my brother to pick up my pet that was left alone in the empty house without even water, they didn't reimburse me for the expenses. I was making a big move bringing car furniture, pet, when the truck parked at the door it was a small truck for this type of hired change they didn't send the biggest they had conclusion: they filled the car with items from the move, on top of the car , when the change arrived there was no other, the front part of the car was dented and full of spiders, several items of my change were damaged, it was traumatizing, they would reimburse me R$300.00 for all this inconvenience, which does not even compensate for the little more of 800 km that I rode with my brother to pick up my pet, it was not a cheap change, many things were spoiled outside of what was expected, and guess what, they asked to pay me in 3 installments of R$100.00 and I received only the first installment from R$ 100.00 reais it's been months when I send a message or anything they don't even answer anymore they never answered me or answered a message and in the midst of all this sadness I was going through at the beginning I was fine calm with them given the size of the inconvenience the owner even asked me to evaluate a page of theirs which I don't even remember anymore, I went there I did it after the bad change still hoping that at least they would reimburse me and nothing, this happened then they paid R$100.00 real and gone, that's why I'm here today, I've never had such a horrible experience in terms of services in my entire life when I went to get my pet I was scared to death of not even finding it there anymore and I'm here summarizing the facts.

In 5 changes within Valadares, Transportadora Maradona was the one that best served me, super professionals, the staff is polite, careful with the furniture, good vibes…the price is one of the best with greater efficiency…. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maradona e o dono da empresa , não é um homem sério . Ele coleta sua mudança, e depois faz chantagens pra receber 100% antes de entregar ! Fora que as coisas chegam arranhadas , quebradas , algumas somem …. ele tb adesiva uns tags enormes com os dados do cliente em locais , que qualquer pessoa normal não faria !!!! Na pintura do quadro , na poltrona de couro, nos móveis de madeira , danificando as peças !
Absolutamente, não é uma empresa confiável e o dono e completamente desequilibrado!!!

Maradona and the owner of the company, is not a serious man. He collects your change, and then blackmails you to receive 100% before delivering! Other than that things arrive scratched, broken, some disappear…. he also sticks huge tags with the customer's data in places, which any normal person wouldn't do!!!! In painting the painting, in the leather armchair, in the wooden furniture, damaging the pieces!
Absolutely not a reliable company and the owner is completely unbalanced!!!
NEVER !!!
