Com tantas opções no mercado fica difícil decidir qual empresa contratar e os depoimentos aqui no google me ajudaram bastante. Depois de contratá-los todas as minhas expectativas foram atendidas - cordialidade, pontualidade, profissionalismo, atenção com o cliente e preço justo. Recomendo.
I made a residential move in early March 2018 with Granate and I was very satisfied. With so many options on the market it is difficult to decide which company to hire and the testimonials here on google helped me a lot. After hiring them all my expectations were met - cordiality, punctuality, professionalism, attention to the customer and fair price. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente é melhor que carreto, e no geral o serviço foi aceitável, compatível com o valor mais em conta, mas contam demais com a sorte, e precisam melhorar bastante na organização ao encaixotarem os pertences. Pontos positivos: a desmontagem e montagem dos móveis foi bem feita, transportaram rapidamente móveis grandes e eletrodomésticos pesados sem maiores dificuldades mesmo eu saindo do 3.o andar de um prédio que não tinha elevador; os ajudantes são simpáticos e foram honestos comigo quando chegaram em meu apartamento e disseram que eu não sairia antes das 17h, quando a previsão inicial seria que às 15h eu já estaria na casa nova, numa cidade a 90km de São Paulo.
Pontos Negativos: não há um critério para encaixotar e embalar as coisas. Não há a menor preocupação em encaixotar as coisas de forma que façam sentido ao desencaixotar. Simplesmente vão pegando as coisas aleatoriamente e enfiando em caixas. Gastam um tanto de plástico bolha com bobeiras, e economizam onde deveriam usar. Passam a fita adesiva sobre qualquer lugar, sem se preocupar se isso pode danificar o objeto. Exemplos: embalaram um lápis e um laço de cabelo que estavam sobre uma mesa com 90cm de plástico bolha, enquanto que colocaram diversos enfeites de cristal e murano dentro uma única caixa sem qualquer tipo de plástico entre eles. Embalaram 2 almofadas pequenas em quase 2 metros de plástico bolha, enquanto que socaram numa mesma caixa sem qualquer tipo de isolamento uma pintura em tela e um ferro de passar roupa à vapor. Conseguiram separar pares de sapatos em duas caixas, e socaram roupas do bebê junto com sapatos, de forma que as roupas do bebê estavam encostadas nas solas dos sapatos. Colocaram frascos delicados de vidro de perfumes egípcios no meio dos lençóis sem colocarem qualquer aviso, e só descobri quando fui tirar os lençóis da caixa e os vidros começaram a sair rolando. Espalharam kits que estavam numa gaveta pequena em diversas caixas, com outros kits que também tinham desmontado. Passaram fita adesiva diretamente num vaso pintado, para prender a tampa, o que danificou a pintura do mesmo. Enfim, uma verdadeira zona. Já me mudei há 2 meses, e até hoje ainda tem coisas que estão incompletas ou perdidas nas 145 caixas da minha mudança.
It is certainly better than reel, and overall the service was acceptable, commensurate with the most affordable value, but they are overly fortunate, and need to greatly improve their organization by packing their belongings. Good points: The furniture was disassembled and assembled well, they quickly transported large furniture and heavy appliances without any difficulties even though I was leaving the 3rd floor of a building that had no elevator; the helpers are friendly and were honest with me when they arrived at my apartment and said i wouldn't leave before 5pm, when the initial prediction would be that by 3pm i would already be in the new house in a city 90km from Sao Paulo.
Negative points: There is no criterion for packing and packing things. There is no concern in packing things together so that they make sense when unpacking. They just pick things up randomly and stuff them in boxes. They spend a bit of bubble wrap on heads and save where they should use it. Duct the tape over anywhere without worrying about whether it may damage the object. Examples: they packed a pencil and a hair bow that sat on a 90cm bubble wrap table, while they placed several crystal and murano ornaments in a single box with no plastic in between. They packed two small cushions into nearly two meters of bubble wrap, while a canvas painting and a steam iron were punched in the same uninsulated box. They managed to separate pairs of shoes into two boxes, and punched baby clothes along with shoes, so that the baby's clothes were against the soles of the shoes. They placed delicate glass bottles of Egyptian perfume in the middle of the sheets without warning, and I only found out when I went to remove the sheets from the box and the glasses started to roll. They scattered kits that were in a small drawer in several boxes, with other kits that had also been disassembled. They duct tape directly into a painted vase to secure the lid, which damaged the paint on it. Anyway, a real zone. I moved 2 months ago, and to this day there are still things that are incomplete or lost in the 145 boxes of my move.

Os profissionais vem todos uniformizados, todos altamente profissionais, rápidos e objetivos. O caminhão veio por volta das 8 horas da manhã e antes do meio dia eles já tinham concluído tudo. Não tivemos nenhuma dor de cabeça, foi tudo muito rápido e tranquilo. Fica aqui meus parabéns a eles e o agradecimento por serem tão solícitos num momento complicado, como é o de mudança. Sinceramente, até um pequeno reparo fizeram aqui, o que não tinham a menor obrigação de fazer. Recomendo-os fortemente.
We've already made two changes with Granate and it was great. With 8 years of difference between the two, the pattern was maintained, which surprised us. The professionals are all in uniform, all highly professional, fast and objective. The truck came around 8 in the morning and by noon they had already completed everything. We had no headaches, everything was very fast and smooth. Here is my congratulations to them and thanks for being so helpful in a complicated moment, such as change. Honestly, even a little repair was done here, which they were under no obligation to do. I recommend them strongly.
