O Alexandre chegou no horário combinado. Trouxe dois ajudantes, o Alex e o Leonardo, duas pessoas atenciosas, educadas, prestativas e pro-ativas. Teve um pequeno problema com um gaveteiro que prontamente foi levado para conserto. Agradeço aos Senhores Reis e Alexandre o serviço prestado com eficiência e presteza.
Very good service. I initially contacted Mr. Sergio, but as the change was so great, the service was passed on to his son, Alexandre Reis. Alexandre arrived at the agreed time. I brought two helpers, Alex and Leonardo, two thoughtful, polite, helpful and proactive people. He had a small problem with a drawer that was promptly taken in for repair. I thank Monsieur Reis and Alexandre for the service provided with efficiency and promptness.

Agradeço a eles pelo serviço, pois vi que eles entenderam a importância daqueles móveis para a minha família e percebi o carinho com que realizaram o trabalho. Muito raro encontrar pessoas assim hoje em dia.
I highly recommend Mr Sérgio Reis. He brought some of my furniture from Teresópolis to Rio today and it was amazing: punctual, careful and very competent. He and his helper deserve a thousand marks! I thank them for their service, as I saw that they understood the importance of these furniture for my family and realized the affection with which they did the work. Very rare to find such people today.

Educados e solícitos os rapazes que fizeram a mudança. Pontuais. Toda dúvida que tive foi respondida em muito pouco tempo pelo Whatsapp ou por ligação telefônica. Nenhuma peça ou móvel foi extraviada ou danificada. Mudei algumas vezes já e esta foi a melhor equipe de mudança que já contratei. Não os conhecia, mas agora estão na minha agenda, para meu uso e para recomendar aos amigos e conhecidos.
I made my move from Rio to Teresópolis with Mr. Sergio and Mr. Alex (both work together). The price charged was fair. The service was impeccable. The guys who made the move were polite and helpful. punctual. Every question I had was answered in a very short time by Whatsapp or by phone call. No parts or furniture were lost or damaged. I have moved a few times already and this has been the best moving team I have ever hired. I didn't know them, but now they are on my agenda, for my use and to recommend to friends and acquaintances.
