Minha mudança foi de Salvador-Ba para São Paulo capital . Chegou antes do dia previsto . Meu carro eles fizeram a gentileza de colocar em um guincho um dia antes pra que eu pudesse agilizar algumas pendências minha na chegada em São Paulo . Foi incrível , minha nota é 10!
My experience with transcontinental was simply amazing. They have an agile team and I realized that the care with the handling and packaging of furniture is of great quality. My move was from Salvador-Ba to São Paulo capital. It arrived ahead of schedule . They were kind enough to put my car in a tow truck the day before so that I could expedite some of my pending issues on arrival in São Paulo. It was amazing, my grade is 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que contrato o serviço da empresa. Dessa vez foi uma mudança interestadual (Ba - SP). O pessoal sempre muito cuidadoso na embalagem das coisas (embalam tudo), desmontam e montam os móveis. Os colaboradores são todos educados e tem um excelente custo-benefício.
This is the second time I have contracted the company's service. This time it was an interstate move (Ba - SP). The staff is always very careful in packing things (they pack everything), dismantle and assemble the furniture. The employees are all polite and it is excellent value for money.

Todos os eventos de embalagem, embarque e entrega foram cumpridos com pequeno atraso na entrega em função de fatores aleatórios. Sempre com retorno sobre os eventos do cronograma. A embalagem de objetos de maior porte foi perfeito resultando em zero danos. Recomendamos como empresa comprometida com o cliente.
Contract for residential move from Laura de Freitas to Caçapava SP, departure December 17, 2021. All packing, shipping and delivery events were completed with a slight delay in delivery due to random factors. Always with feedback on schedule events. The packaging of larger objects was perfect resulting in zero damage. We recommend it as a company committed to the customer.

Já a entrega, que foi feita por uma empresa parceira, foi mais desorganizada na comunicação e no descarregamento. Apesar disso, minhas coisas chegaram tudo em ordem!
I made a BA->MG shared interstate change. I liked the packing and loading service, in which they demonstrated experience and organization. The delivery, which was made by a partner company, was more disorganized in communication and unloading. Despite that, my things arrived all in order!
