Entrei em contato com o funcionário que me vendeu o serviço Wilian de João Pessoa - PB e o mesmo informou que não poderia fazer nada e que era para entrar em contato com a administração e bloqueou meu número. Empresa sem profissionalismo nenhum.
I hired the full service and with insurance and I was disappointed, as several items of mine were damaged during transport and the insurance did not cover them. I got in touch with the employee who sold me the Wilian service from João Pessoa - PB and he informed me that he could not do anything and that he had to get in touch with the administration and blocked my number. Company without any professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, Sou de Ubatuba destino Aracaju SE , empresa foi super atenciosa. Recolheu e entregou no local certo. Porém ... quebrou o objeto transportado . Tomem cuidado na hora da entrega pois eles não verificam nada e nem alertam vcs a conferir justamente para que se algum aparelho estiver quebrado depois que o motorista sair do local eles alegarem que foram vcs que os quebrou . E se livrar da história do seguro que não existe, é mentira! Estou sem a minha TV até hj é não compensa entrar na justiça.

And getting rid of the insurance story that doesn't exist is a lie! I'm without my TV until today and it's not worth going to court.
