★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendido não só em Bebedouro, mas em qualquer outro restaurante que fui. Dei uma estrela porque o Google ainda não permite dar nenhuma.
Chegamos ao Muji na noite do dia 22 de janeiro de 2022, sábado às 22:20, já na chegada, havia apenas duas mesas com clientes no local (devia ter suspeitado a decadência do então “melhor” japonês da cidade).
Quando chegamos, todos os funcionários do local se entreolharam e discutiram entre si quem iria nos atender, após decidirem, uma garçonete nos serviu, a comida chegou, como de costume, muito bem feita por sinal (cito: este comentário retrata-se ao atendimento e não a refeição), contudo, não se passou 10 minutos e uma luz foi apagada, daquela parte das mesas baixas. Não demorou muito para cinco garçons, e ao que parece, o gerente começarem a limparem as mesas e colocarem as cadeiras para cima, enquanto o som ambiente era atordoado pelos gritos dos funcionários da limpeza interna e tilintar dos talheres sendo lavados na cozinha.
Fiquei imediatamente muito incomodado, estávamos no meio da refeição, pedimos a conta à garçonete, e ela nos avisou que cobraria 5 reais por cada peça deixada. A alertamos que não gostaríamos de estar indo embora naquele momento, se não fosse a conduta de todos os funcionários como em uma orquestra para nos enxotar do local.
De pronto, pesquisei no Google, qual o horário que o restaurante fechava, lá constava 23:30, ou seja, estávamos passando por uma situação completamente constrangedora, estando dentro do horário de atendimento.
Segue última foto em anexo demonstrando o horário de saída do restaurante, qual eu escrevia este breve texto.
Adendo - (não poderia perder essa oportunidade): De acordo com artigo 39, inciso V, do Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC), o ato de cobrar pelos restos de alimentos não consumidos é abusivo, sendo considerado vantagem manifestamente excessiva ao consumidor.
Em anexo também outras duas fotos demonstrando o modo como estávamos sentados e as mesas e cadeiras ao redor. Duvidei se estávamos em uma pegadinha do Silvio Santos ou em um programa do Érick Jacquin, “Pesadelo na Cozinha”, conhecem? Eu vi ao vivo.
Não há explicação para o que aconteceu hoje. Terei prazer em nunca mais pisar nessa espelunca!
I have never been treated so poorly not only in Bebedouro, but in any other restaurant I went to. I gave one star because Google doesn't allow giving any yet.
We arrived at Muji on the night of January 22, 2022, Saturday at 10:20 pm, upon arrival, there were only two tables with customers in the place (I should have suspected the decay of the then “best” Japanese in town).
When we arrived, all the employees of the place looked at each other and discussed among themselves who would serve us, after deciding, a waitress served us, the food arrived, as usual, very well done by the way (I quote: this comment portrays the service and not the meal), however, no more than 10 minutes had passed and a light was turned off, from that part of the low tables. It didn't take long for five waiters, and apparently, the manager to start clearing the tables and putting the chairs up, while the ambient sound was stunned by the screams of housekeeping staff and the clink of silverware being washed in the kitchen.
I was immediately very annoyed, we were in the middle of the meal, we asked the waitress for the bill, and she told us that she would charge 5 reais for each piece left. We warned her that we wouldn't want to be leaving at that moment, if it weren't for the conduct of all the employees as in an orchestra to shoo us away from the place.
Immediately, I Googled what time the restaurant closed, there it was 11:30 pm, that is, we were going through a completely embarrassing situation, being within the opening hours.
Follow the last photo attached showing the restaurant's departure time, which I wrote this brief text.
Addendum - (I couldn't miss this opportunity): According to article 39, item V, of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the act of charging for uneaten food leftovers is abusive, being considered a manifestly excessive advantage to the consumer.
Attached are also two other photos showing the way we were seated and the tables and chairs around. I doubted if we were in a Silvio Santos prank or in a Érick Jacquin show, “Pesadelo na Cozinha”, you know? I saw it live.
There is no explanation for what happened today. I will gladly never set foot in that joint again!
