★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dando 1 estrela porque não posso dar menos. Hoje fui ao local comprar um guarda-chuva. Ao chegar, perguntei para o senhor que trabalhava lá se poderia abri-los, o qual disse que sim. Nisso comecei a testar os guardas-chuvas. Entao esse senhor chega e fica do meu lado de cara fechada, visivelmente irritado. Entao pergunto se tudo bem ficar abrindo e ele disse de maneira ríspida que sim, já que eu havia aberto mesmo (lembrando que perguntei ao entrar na loja se poderia abri-los).
Nisso falei que iria testar o último (que foi o que acabei comprando) e o senhor disse de forma irritada "Pra quê! É tudo igual!", ao passo que eu disse que não eram todos iguais.
Daí pra frente o atendimento continuou péssimo mesmo após eu efetuar a compra. E, ao sair da loja, mencionei que o senhor em questão precisava melhorar o atendimento e que eu não voltaria mais no estabelecimento.
Lembrando que a loja nao estava cheia e estava deixando os guardas-chuvas da maneira que os encontrei.
Giving 1 star because I can not give less. Today I went to the place to buy an umbrella. When I arrived, I asked the man who worked there if he could open them, which he said yes. That's when I started testing the umbrellas. Then this gentleman arrives and stands beside me with his face closed, visibly irritated. So I ask if it's okay to open it and he said harshly that yes, since I had opened it myself (remembering that I asked when I entered the store if I could open them).
That said, I was going to test the last one (which was what I ended up buying) and you said irritably, "Why, it's all the same!", While I said that they were not all the same.
From then on the service continued very bad even after I made the purchase. And when I left the store, I mentioned that the man in question needed to improve the service and that I would not go back to the establishment.
Remembering that the store was not full and I was leaving the umbrellas the way I found them.
