★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lamentável, uma jaqueta de couro da diesel de 3 mil reais voltou suja e com alteração de coloração, como pode ter mudado de cor se aparentemente nem lavou? Perderam o cadarço de um tênis novo da diesel de 700 reais, o outro tênis também da diesel voltou sujo, a outra jaqueta preta não pude reclamar talvez apenas porque não de pra ver o resultado, veredito? Não recomendo mandar nada nesse lugar, tentaram me convencer que a jaqueta é normal mudar de cor, e só aceitaram resolver depois de eu provar que dava pra tirar a sujeira, mandei as fotos da alteração de coloração saindo no papel úmido, não mando mais nada lá, quero meu dinheiro de volta, pra que servem os 7 dias de prazo de devolução? Não dá tempo de lavar em 7 dias? Não dá tempo de guardar adequadamente e não perder meu cadarço? Experiência lamentável mesmo, 240 reais jogados no lixo

I do not recommend sending anything in this place, they tried to convince me that the jacket is normal to change color, and only agreed to resolve it after I proved it was possible to remove the dirt, I sent the photos of the color change coming out on the damp paper, I do not send anything else there, I want my money back, what are the 7 days return period for? There is no time to wash in 7 days? Is there no time to store properly and not lose my shoelaces? Really unfortunate experience, 240 reais thrown in the trash
