O motivo do meu contato é referente ao material citado acima, fui surpreendido nesta manhã do dia 19 de setembro de 2020 com o desapreço de um cliente antigo de casa: ao utilizar o passa fio ao qual comprou conosco, o mesmo apresentou inúmeras trinca no revestimento de pvc, atrasando assim o seu serviço,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um rabicho com interruptor e cabo para montar um abajur (na Leroy Merlin) e quando fui instalar, o interruptor não funciona. Ele é de plástico, bem fraco e só funciona se apertar com as mãos para que haja o contato elétrico. Ou seja, joguei dinheiro fora porque vou ter que comprar outro. Não recomendo a marca.
I bought a pigtail with switch and cable to mount a lamp (on Leroy Merlin) and when I installed it, the switch doesn't work. It is made of plastic, very weak and only works if you press it with your hands so that there is electrical contact. In other words, I threw money away because I will have to buy another one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principio, o atendimento de vendas e bem atencioso, no qual me proporcionaram um bom atendimento, adquiri vários interruptores, mas alguns vieram a dar problema, apresentei a empresa, e ela se prontificou, e enviou novos, mas infelizmente apresentaram defeitos, praticamente todos os 05 interruptores duplos de luz, o triplo com um paralelo, tem mais, é uma pena. Peço que averiguem a qualidade de seus produtos, infelizmente são de pessima qualidade. O produto é bonito, mas ineficiente. Pena mesmo. O atendimento é bom,, mas precisa kudar e quslificar o profuto. A estrela são pela beleza e atendimento.
