★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o anúncio na WebMotors de uma Saveiro Cross 2015/16 vermelha em excelente estado de conservação. Em seguida entrei em contato com os vendedores, os quais foram bastante solícitos inicialmente me passando informações relevantes para que pudesse agendar minha viagem pra ver o veículo. Acontece que em uma das perguntas eu solicitei que me informassem se o veículo tinha algum defeito que necessitava ser informado antes que viajasse. Eles omitiram varias informações sobre o veículo sempre afirmando que estava 100% e que não me preocupasse. Marquei a viagem e chegando lá a história foi bem diferente da contada em conversas salvas no WhatsApp. Encontrei o veículo com restrição no Banco VW, trava se mão quebrada, lanternas queimadas, comandos do volante inoperantes, amortecedores ruidosos, pneu estepe e traseiro esquerdo furados, dentre outros problemas. Tentei amenizar a situação negociando um valor razoável para assumir o veículo mesmo com tanto problema mas não chegamos a um consenso. Solicito retratação da empresa antes de acionar a justiça para medidas cabíveis. Perdi meu tempo e meu dinheiro nessa viagem.
I found the ad on the WebMotors of a Red Saveiro Cross 2015/16 in excellent condition. Then I contacted the salesmen, who were very solicitous initially giving me relevant information so that I could schedule my trip to see the vehicle. It turns out that in one of the questions I asked to be informed if the vehicle had any defect that needed to be informed before it traveled. They omitted various information about the vehicle always stating that it was 100% and that I did not worry. I ticked the trip and got there the story was very different from that told in conversations saved on WhatsApp. I found the vehicle with restriction on the VW Bank, it crashes if broken hand, burned lanterns, dead steering wheel controls, noisy bumpers, tire steppe and left behind bored, among other problems. I tried to soften the situation by negotiating a reasonable amount to take over the vehicle even with such a problem but we did not reach a consensus. I request recantation of the company before calling the court for appropriate measures. I wasted my time and money on this trip.
