O celular estava pegando mas não carregava mais. Levei na loja, e eles limparam pra mim a entrada usb na hora, e não cobraram por ter sido algo muito simples. Agradeço pelo atendimento.
I spilled water on my cell phone and the store gave me excellent support. First I made contact via whatsapp, and they guided me on what to do. The cell phone was picking up but it was no longer charging. I took it to the store, and they cleaned the USB port for me on the spot, and they didn’t charge for it being something very simple. Thank you for your service.

Recentemente a porta HDMI do meu Notebook parou de funcionar (foi o que pensava). Levei o notebook lá, e para minha surpresa após abrirem o computador e tentarem arrumar, viram que não havia defeito. Me ligaram avisando e não cobraram nada.
Se fosse um lugar desonesto, podiam ter dito que arrumaram e eu nunca saberia.
Um serviço assim não tem preço, mesmo que me ofereçam um orçamento mais barato no futuro, eu sei que pelo menos aqui eu posso confiar. Voltarei sempre que for preciso.

100% Honest.
Recently my Notebook's HDMI port stopped working (that's what I thought). I took the notebook there, and to my surprise after opening the computer and trying to fix it, they saw that there was no defect. They called me to advise and didn't charge anything.
If it was a dishonest place, they could have said they fixed it and I would never know.
Such a service is priceless, even if they offer me a cheaper quote in the future, I know that at least here I can trust. I will come back whenever I need to.
