Sei que é direito nosso, mas muitos comerciantes dificultam esse tipo de troca.

I bought a gamer keyboard for my son, and when I got home, I saw that I had a broken key. I promptly returned to the store and they made the exchange, without even requiring me a document proving the product. After all, the seller remembered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Mouse da 7DGaming, o mesmo veio sem um dos parafusos, além de o click esquerdo estar bem comprometido já, infelizmente por morar longe e não ter guardado o comprovante, por erro meu, foi dinheiro perdido. Loja visivelmente bonita, porém a qualidade dos produtos é questionável.
I bought a Mouse from 7DGaming, it came without one of the screws, in addition to the left click being compromised already, unfortunately for living far away and not having kept the receipt, due to my mistake, it was money lost. Visibly beautiful store, but the quality of the products is questionable.
