No mínimo quando vamos em uma consulta gostaríamos que seja entre profissional e o paciente, recebendo orientações dentro do consultório e não fora.

Good service from the doctors, but the reception leaves something to be desired. Getting answered on the phone is practically a miracle. I call all the numbers and no one answers, when they answer, they hang up without saying anything.
