★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, ontem compramos dois brinquedos desses de esguichar água para as crianças, chegando na praia um deles quebrou na minha mão, fui hoje cedo para trocar o brinquedo, que mesmo que custasse dez reais teria que funcionar ao menos meia hora, procurei pela responsável da loja, fui atendida por Isabel, ela e nada daria no mesmo. Ela explicou que já viu criança de dois anos quebrando o brinquedo na sua frente, explicando que as crianças não sabem medir sua força, enfim, uma patacoada, antes estivesse ficado muda, aí ela resolveu ligar para outro responsável, que por sua vez não atendia o telefone, então ela pediu pra eu voltar outra hora, eu expliquei que estava saindo da cidade, então ela perguntou se eu tinha casa na cidade, eu expliquei que não, aí ela disse que eu teria 30 dias para trocar o brinquedo, mas que naquele momento ela não poderia fazer nada, enfim, uma incompetência sem precedentes, deixei o produto pra ela jogar no lixo. Que sirva de aviso para algum desavisado como eu, pois esse tipo de problema com esse tipo de produto não é novidade, mas essa dificuldade toda para resolver algo tão simples, é muito absurdo!

She explained that she had already seen a two-year-old child breaking the toy in front of her, explaining that children do not know how to measure their strength, in short, a pataconda, before she was speechless, so she decided to call another person responsible, who in turn did not answer the phone, so she asked me to come back another time, I explained that I was leaving town, then she asked if I had a house in town, I explained that I didn't, then she said I would have 30 days to change the toy, but that at that moment she couldn't do anything, finally, an unprecedented incompetence, I left the product for her to throw in the trash. May it serve as a warning for someone unaware like me, because this type of problem with this type of product is nothing new, but all this difficulty to solve something so simple, is very absurd!
