Great facilities but disappointment in the attendance of the staff who take more than an hour to respond to a message and have not a shred of willingness to help and the medical psychiatrist, Dr. Deyse I was also a disappointment.

Não são médicos são mercenários.infelizmente joguei meu dinheiro fora com esses *profissionais*.
Eles não deixam data disponiveis para o retorno e depois de cobram outra consulta pq passou de 30 dias.
Tentei marca o retorno assim que sai do consultório e a secretária disse que tinha coisas mais importante para fazer e não podia marca o retorno.quando liguei não tinha data disponivel .
Esses são os profissionais que trabalham lá.
I paid a private appointment. When I tried to check the return I was charged another appointment.
They are not doctors, they are mercenaries. Unfortunately I threw my money away with these * professionals *.
They leave no date available for return and after charging another consultation because it has passed 30 days.
I tried to make a return call as soon as I left the office and the secretary said I had more important things to do and couldn't make a return call. When I called I had no date available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo amor de Deus... um médico que trabalha comigo me indicou uma médica que atende nesse local. Sinceramente, estou a mais de 2h tentando falar, ninguém atende, mando mensagem para um link de WhatsApp que a própria médica me enviou e também sem resposta.
Desapontada com essa falta de respeito com os clientes. Call-center péssimo.
For God's sake... a doctor who works with me referred me to a doctor who works there. Honestly, I've been trying to talk for over 2 hours, no one answers, I send a message to a WhatsApp link that the doctor herself sent me and also no response.
Disappointed with this lack of respect for customers. Bad call-center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Agendei consulta no dia 04/05 às 17h para realizar no dia 05/05 às 8:40 e fui surpreendida ao chegar no local de que o médico desmarcou a agenda e não me informaram. Tive um custo de mais de 120,00, além do tempo perdido e compromissos remarcados. Diante da falha da clinica nenhum reparo foi feito pela satisfação do cliente. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Agora, fico com o custo e sem a consulta necessária.

I scheduled an appointment on the 04/05th at 17:00 to perform on the 05/05th at 8:40 am and I was surprised to arrive at the place that the doctor canceled the appointment and did not inform me. I had a cost of more than 120.00, in addition to lost time and rescheduled appointments. Faced with the failure of the clinic, no repair was made for customer satisfaction. Lack of respect for the customer. Now I'm left with the cost and no consultation required.
