No que diz respeito ao comentário anterior, acredito que como trabalhamos sabemos que temos horário a ser respeitado pelo cliente!!! O funcionário está a disposição desde as 8:00 , porém o cliente chega com pressa , faltando minutos pra fechar , o sistema desligado , o alarme ligado e a cliente querendo trocar o remédio? Coleguinha , vc está errada quanto a avaliação da farmácia!!!! Precisa ser coerente, entender o lado dos funcionários que estão cansados e não negaram atendimento!!!! É cinco ESTRELA SIM , compro desde que abriu, nunca fui mal atendida, apenas respeito o horário!!!!

With regard to the previous comment, I believe that as we work we know that we have time to be respected by the client !!! The employee has been available since 8:00 am, but the customer arrives in a hurry, missing minutes to close, the system off, the alarm on and the customer wanting to change the medicine? Colleague, you are wrong about the evaluation of the pharmacy !!!! You need to be consistent, understand the side of employees who are tired and have not denied service !!!! It's five STAR YES, I buy since it opened, I was never poorly attended, I just respect the schedule !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, precisei comprar um remédio ontem a noite sai do trabalho e voei na farmácia as 21:58 comprei o remédio (não foi entregue nota fiscal) ao entrar no carro na quadra da frete vi que foi entregue o remédio errado voltei imediatamente nisso era exatamente 22:00 a atendente se recusou a trocar o remédio que a mesma vendeu errado, dizendo que já haviam acionado o alarme e que não ia trocar o remédio pq era quase a mesma coisa, e se eu quisesse que iria no dia seguinte trocar. (Achei um absurdo, precisei gastar uma fortuna indo na farmácia da Duque única aberta pq por conta da diabete teria que ser o outro remédio). Chatiadissima péssimo atendimento por parte das funcionárias
Lousy service, I had to buy some medicine last night I left work and flew in the pharmacy at 9:58 pm I bought the medicine (invoice was not delivered) when I got in the car on the freight court I saw that the wrong medicine was delivered I immediately went back to that was exactly 22:00 the attendant refused to change the medicine that she sold wrong, saying that the alarm had already been triggered and that she would not change the medicine because it was almost the same thing, and if I wanted to go the next day to change it. (I thought it was absurd, I had to spend a fortune going to the Duke's only pharmacy open because the diabetes would have to be the other medicine). Chatiadissima lousy service by the employees
