★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que era para ser apenas uma substituição de bateria, tiveram que colocar outra, e ainda como se não bastasse veio o trânstorno de gerar outros problemas, o auto falante que funcionava perfeitamente, agora não funciona mais, tudo resultado de um péssimo trabalho como profissionais.
What was supposed to be just a battery replacement, they had to put in another one, and as if that weren't enough, the trouble of generating other problems, the speaker that worked perfectly, now doesn't work anymore, all the result of a bad job as professionals .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para substituir a tela nesse estabelecimento. Depois de esperar quase 2 horas pelo conserto me entregaram o celular e disseram que não tinha sido possível trocar a peça, pois as peças que eles tentaram não tinham funcionado no meu aparelho. Quando peguei o aparelho notei imediatamente que havia algo diferente na tela. Onde antes estava quebrado agora tinha um buraco. Ao ligar o aparelho notei que a tela estava em péssimas condições: A resolução da tela estava horrível, o touch não estava funcionando direito e a tela estava começando a escurecer dos lados.
Questionei como ficaria a situação, pois apesar de não terem conseguido trocar a tela tinham danificado a minha e o que antes estava sendo possível usar sem muitos problemas agora estava impraticável. Eles alegaram (de forma grosseira e desrespeitosa) que eu tinha trago a tela quebrada naquela situação e que os danos causados no processo de conserto eram naturais e que não era de responsabilidade deles.
Ainda tentei negociar para deixar o aparelho e eles conseguirem uma tela que pegasse e eu buscaria o aparelho em outro dia, afinal teria que trocar a tela de toda forma, mas eles se recusaram. Em todo tempo eles foram grosseiros e enquanto tentava mostrá-los o porquê da tela ter sido danificada por eles ouvi de um deles um sonoro "se você é tão inteligente porque não vem trabalhar no meu lugar".
Enquanto estava lá uma senhora chegou com um aparelho que eles tinham trocado uma peça recentemente e esse serviço tinha danificado a tela e eles se recusaram a aceitar substituir a tela do aparelho dela.
Foi uma experiência extremamente desagradável e eles mostraram o quanto são incompetentes e trapaceiros.
I took my cell phone to replace the screen in this establishment. After waiting almost 2 hours for the repair they handed me the cell phone and said it was not possible to change the part, because the parts they tried had not worked on my device. When I picked up the phone I immediately noticed that there was something different on the screen. Where it was broken now had a hole. When I turned on the phone I noticed that the screen was in poor condition: The screen resolution was horrible, the touch was not working properly and the screen was starting to darken on the sides.
I wondered what the situation would be like, because even though they could not change the screen they had damaged mine and what was once possible to use without much trouble was now impractical. They claimed (grossly and disrespectfully) that I had brought the broken screen in that situation and that the damage done in the repair process was natural and that it was not their responsibility.
I still tried to negotiate to leave the device and they got a screen that would catch and I would get the device another day, after all I had to change the screen anyway, but they refused. All the while they were rude and while trying to show them why the screen was damaged by them I heard from one of them a loud "if you are so smart why don't you come to work in my place".
While there a lady arrived with a device that they had recently changed a part and this service had damaged the screen and they refused to accept replacing the screen of her device.
It was an extremely unpleasant experience and they showed how incompetent and cheaters they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular não estava carregando, achava que era os cabos que não prestavam. Vi que era sujeira no conector de carregamento. Levei pra limpeza na Multigames. Lá falaram que o conector não estava prestando e precisava trocar e ficaria R$100. Saí frustrado. Cheguei em casa peguei uma agulha de costura, limpei todo conector. Estava cheio de poeira de muito tempo. Funcionou perfeitamente o carregamento. Qualquer cabo carrega. Multigames com toda experiência que têm, não analisaram que podia ser sujeira. Usaram de má fé. Péssimo atendimento.
My cell phone wasn't charging, I thought it was the cables that weren't good. I saw it was dirt on the charging connector. I took it to Multigames for cleaning. There they said that the connector was not working and that it needed to be replaced and it would be R$100. I left frustrated. I got home, got a sewing needle, cleaned the entire connector. It was full of dust from a long time ago. Charging worked perfectly. Any cable carries. Multigames with all the experience they have, didn't analyze that it could be dirt. They used it in bad faith. Terrible attendance.
