★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso dar 5 estrelas devido ao péssimo atendimento das recepcionistas, da unidade de Santo Amaro, principalmente Amanda. Uma pena por que a Dra Carol Ferreira é extremamente maravilhosa e é o que me faz voltar.
 I cannot give 5 stars due to the terrible service from the receptionists, from the Santo Amaro unit, especially Amanda. A pity because Dr. Carol Ferreira is extremely wonderful and is what keeps me coming back.

Bad service, I had treatment for more than 3 years and na, it was me changing the clinic q in almost 1 year I removed the device

Sinceramente um verdadeiro descaso.
My mother is with my daughter and my husband to two hours waiting to make an assessment, an absolute nonsense. They do not report how many people are waiting in front.
Frankly a real neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar na clínica Suassuna, fiquei esperando 2 horas e ainda não fui atendido quem chegava passava na minha frente, me arretei e fui embora, cheguei era 15:10 sair ia dar 17:00 as as pessoas passando na frente. Horrível.
Worst place at Suassuna clinic, I was waiting for 2 hours and I still haven't been attended. Horrible.

Recepcionistas parecendo robôs, fui pôr aparelho e o plano tinha aprovado disseram que só com 5 dias úteis e a Amil já tinha liberado!
Especialista em canal péssima! Em vez de olhar pra mim ela olhava pro celular!
Nota 10 para dra. Renata super gentil educada, voltarei lá só por ela.

Receptionists looking like robots, I went to put on the device and the plan had been approved, they said that it only took 5 working days and Amil had already released it!
Terrible channel specialist! Instead of looking at me, she was looking at her cell phone!
Note 10 for Dr. Renata super kind polite, I will go back there just for her.
