★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já me trataram mal lá porque o tícket caiu no chão na hora da saída; mas hoje me cobraram duas vezes. Fiquei 40 minutos e me cobraram duas vezes R$12,00, o que é absurdo. E como faço pra receber de volta????
I've been treated badly there because the ticket fell to the ground when I left; but today they charged me twice. I stayed for 40 minutes and they charged me R$12.00 twice, which is absurd. And how do I get it back????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paga caro para você mesmo estacionar e com poucas vagas, pessimamente distribuídas. Atendimento inexistente e quando resolvem falar com o público são extremamente grosseiros. Hoje, 07/04/22 ás 14:00 tinha um atendente que foi extremamente grosso comigo, sendo que ele mesmo poderia ter resolvido o "problema" se ao invés de maltratar os outros, indicasse vagas corretas já que ele estava ali só pra ficar recebendo dinheiro. Na hora retirei meu carro e nunca mais paro nesse lugar. Já fui mal atendida por outro rapaz em um outro dia e pelos comentários aqui do Google eu não fui a única.
It pays dearly to park yourself and with few spaces, badly distributed. Non-existent service and when they decide to talk to the public they are extremely rude. Today, 04/07/22 at 14:00 there was an attendant who was extremely rude to me, and he himself could have solved the "problem" if instead of mistreating others, he indicated the correct vacancies since he was there only to stay getting money. I immediately removed my car and will never stop there again. I've been poorly attended by another guy the other day and from the comments here on Google I wasn't the only one.
