Depois, na troca, ainda fica discutindo com o cliente porque o cliente não informou o modelo da geladeira (no meu caso). Eu trouxe a peça de amostra e de acordo com esse tal vendedor, eu que tenho de saber se é certa ou errada. Um animal...PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. E ainda fica discutindo, pra ligar e reclamar ou eu demití-lo. No mínimo deve ser patrão e não precisa dos clientes. Não merece nem uma estrela.

I brought the sample part and according to this seller, I have to know if it's right or wrong. An animal...POOR SERVICE. And he's still arguing, to call and complain or I fire him.
