Sempre que precisávamos de assistência técnica precisava aguardar 1 ou 2 dias e quase sempre precisava refazer o trabalho, o que aumentava os custos, além do mais estou há mais de uma semana solicitando os boletos que ficaram pendentes para efetuar o pagamento e evitar transtornos futuros para ambos, há uns 10 dias uma funcionária me disse que enviaria as faturas "amanhã" e depois disso não responderam mais meus e mails (Já devo ter mandado uns 10) assim como financeiro não atende as ligações.
I was a customer and do not recommend. Whenever we needed technical assistance, I had to wait 1 or 2 days and almost always needed to redo the work, which increased the costs. Besides, I have been asking for the payment slips that were pending to make the payment and avoid future inconveniences for more than a week. both, about 10 days ago an employee told me that she would send the invoices "tomorrow" and after that they didn't answer my emails anymore (I must have already sent about 10) as well as finance does not answer the calls.
