★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pós venda horrível, marcaram entrega por duas vezes e não realizaram a mesma. Vendedor sem educação no pós venda, deixando o cliente esperando o material o dia todo, sem responder às mensagens!
Horrible after sales service, they scheduled delivery twice and did not perform the same. Salesman uneducated after sales, leaving the customer waiting for the material all day, without responding to messages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já tem alguns anos, preço bom e atendimento excelente (Sr Aquiles é muito prestativo) porém a gerente não tem postura alguma frente a atendimento, não sei o que está fazendo nessa função, solicitei que as madeiras viessem sem ou com muito pouco bolor além da bitola vir com 2cm conforme é vendido e pago porém a Sra disse que dá muito trabalho separar as madeiras e que se eu quiser é assim e pronto. Vejo tal falta de qualificação pois com uma abordagem mais preparada, pois eu cliente com toda certeza eu iria entender, mas não com falta de respeito.
Com certeza terei que repensar quando for realizar outras compras pois não estou fazendo nenhum favor para a Sra gerente, eu pago e exijo respeito.
I've been a client for a few years now, good price and excellent service (Mr Aquiles is very helpful) but the manager has no attitude towards service, I don't know what she's doing in this role, I asked the wood to come without or with very little mold in addition to the gauge come with 2cm as it is sold and paid for but Mrs. said that it is a lot of work to separate the woods and that if I want it is like that and that's it. I see such a lack of qualification because with a more prepared approach, as I am a client I would certainly understand, but not with a lack of respect.
I will definitely have to rethink when making other purchases because I'm not doing any favors for the manager, I pay and demand respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma unidade de placa cimenticia na sexta e no sábado de manhã sendo entregue. Parabéns ao atendimento do Ronaldo pela eficiência na entrega!! Liguei para alguns lugares tinha sempre a dificuldade de ter e quando tinha mais de uma unidade e com prazo de entrega maior.
I ordered a cement slab unit on Friday and Saturday morning being delivered. Congratulations to Ronaldo for the efficient delivery!! I called some places I always had the difficulty of having and when I had more than one unit and with a longer delivery time.

The most affordable place in pine box boards. Excellent service with Ms. Silvana. We needed to exchange some bigger boards for smaller ones, and it was exchanged for us without any problems. I became a customer.
