Resposta ao proprietário:
O que deixou mais a desejar foram: o atendimento por parte da recepção não são muito educadas, falta atenção, demoram muito para responder a uma mensagem (depois de visualizar). Tive problemas também em relação a emissão do certificado, demorou para receber o mesmo com as informações corretas referentes aos cursos. Pelo que me foi passado a escola possui vários tipos de certificados mas o correto seria ter um padrão para evitar esse tipo de divergência. Para mim estes pontos demonstra desconsideração com o aluno.
The school did not leave a good impression. There is a lot to improve, especially after-course care.

What left more to be desired were: the reception service is not very polite, attention is lacking, it takes a long time to respond to a message (after viewing). I also had problems with the issuance of the certificate, it took a while to receive the same with the correct information regarding the courses. From what I was told the school has several types of certificates but the correct thing would be to have a standard to avoid this kind of divergence. For me these points demonstrate disregard for the student.
