Porém a demora é gigantesca, toda vez! É necessário ligar cobrando todos os dias, mas já aconteceu mais de uma vez de dizerem que a máquina fica pronto no dia seguinte, e nesse dia me informarem que tem uma peça chegando de SP, que atrasou e não tem pr visão de entrega!!
Já cheguei a esperar mais de uma semana pra receber o orçamento inclusive... depois mais duas semana pra máquina e a "peça" chegar.
About repair and maintenance of the machines are great.
But the delay is huge every time! It is necessary to call charging every day, but it has happened more than once to say that the machine is ready the next day, and that day inform me that there is a piece coming from SP, which is late and has no preview of delivery !!
I've even waited more than a week to receive the budget including ... then another two weeks for the machine and the "piece" to arrive.
