★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Mundial é uma das melhores escolas particulares da zona norte, principalmente pelo engajamento e comprometimento dos seus professores, que, em sua maioria, são excelentes profissionais. Porém, a escola deixa muito a desejar quanto ao atendimento aos pais e a transparência nas suas comunicações. Sempre que é feita uma crítica construtiva em suas redes sociais a escola simplesmente apaga os comentários, censurando o feedback dos pais ao invés de recebê-lo e usá-lo para melhorar seus serviços. Também falta transparência quanto a organização e os custos de eventos que a escola organiza, não existe participação dos pais. Também falta transparência quanto aos reajustes anuais, que costumam ficar bem acima da inflação. Espero que ela melhore seu atendimento e sua transparência, pois tem tudo para ser uma das melhores escolas de Natal.
 The Mundial is one of the best private schools in the north, mainly due to the engagement and commitment of its teachers, who, in their majority, are excellent professionals. However, the school leaves much to be desired regarding the care of parents and transparency in their communications. Whenever there is a constructive criticism on its social networks, the school simply deletes the comments, censoring the parents' feedback instead of receiving it and using it to improve its services. There is also a lack of transparency regarding the organization and costs of events that the school organizes, there is no parental participation. There is also a lack of transparency regarding annual readjustments, which tend to be well above inflation. I hope she improves her service and transparency, as she has everything to be one of the best schools in Natal.
