★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiÊncia desde a compra até a entrega. O atendimento pelo whatsapp e telefone é extremamente falho, um desserviço ao consumidor. Me prometeram, quando da venda, a entrega de produtos no mesmo dia, e somente após eu insistir muito me foi dito que o caminhão há havia saído. Fiquei de 12h até às 14h aguardando em atendimento para descobrir que minha mercadoria somente poderia ser entregue no dia seguinte.
Apesar de insatisfeita, como precisava dos produtos para a obra, finalizei pagamento e aguardei a entrega. A minha surpresa no dia seguindo foi ouvir do vendedor que :
[08:52, 05/11/2021] Mundial Material Construção : o pessoal da entrega não conseguiram parar o caminhão próximo onde vai deixar o material
[08:52, 05/11/2021] Mundial Material Construção : não foi esse o combinado
[08:52, 05/11/2021] Mundial Material Construção : temos outras varias entregas
[08:53, 05/11/2021] Mundial Material Construção : não podemos perder tempo
[08:53, 05/11/2021] Mundial Material Construção : assim como a senhora precisa do material com urgência, outros clientes também...

Lamentável esse tipo de postura de um vendedor para com um cliente. Uma compra de valor considerável, e ainda tenho que receber esse tipo de aviso do vendedor, de que "eles não podem perder tempo". Uma empresa dessa não deveria estar no mercado, porque não tem condições de atender ao consumidor.
O vendedor em atendimento é o Rones. Me foi informado que o Gerente estaria de férias, talvez esse o motivo de tanta desordem no atendimento.
Bad experience from purchase to delivery. The service through whatsapp and telephone is extremely flawed, a disservice to the consumer. They promised me, at the time of sale, the delivery of products on the same day, and only after I insisted a lot was I told that the truck had already left. This kind of attitude of a salesperson towards a customer is regrettable. A purchase of considerable value, and I have yet to get this kind of notice from the seller that "they can't waste their time." A company like this shouldn't be in the market, because it doesn't have conditions to serve the consumer.
The salesperson in attendance is Rones. I was informed that the Manager would be on vacation, perhaps this is the reason for so much disorder in the service.
