★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A anos compro produtos na Mundial Química , inclusive nessa época de pandemia , aonde ligo antes , informo produtos , acerto valores e passo somente para pagar e retirar na porta ao lado ja que a loja está fechada por motivo da pandemia , atendendo com horarios detetminado , na última sexta feira não foi diferente , liguei avisando que estaria de passagem pela região já que moro a mais de 200 km de SP , falaram que estavam atendendo pela lateral até as 11 da manhã e após as 11 na loja da esquina , passei por volta das 10:20 , toquei a campainha na porta lateral , me identifiquei e fui informado que não poderia ser feita da forma que fizeram na última venda que se quisesse que esperasse a loja abrir , questionei por ser apenas 4 galões de 2 litros , que o dinheiro estava separado , e estava sozinho sem aglomeração , que meu tempo estava curto por estar de passagem em.SP , a resposta foi que se quisesse era para esperar a loja abrir ou se não estivesse de acordo reclamasse na prefeitura , não é o fato de esperar , problema que mesmo na pandemia com restrições me venderam da mesma forma ou seja , venderam pela porta lateral da empresa de portas fechada , não vi problema pois foi feito tudo com segurança , liga , avisa qual produto e forma de pagamento , recebe paga e pronto , problema é a má vontade , ignorância do atendente , a mais de anos compro na empresa e essa é a primeira vez que sou tratado assim por um funcionário descontente com a empresa , espero que a Mundial Química reveja seus funcionários e ofereça um treinamento de como tratar seus clientes ou de oportunidade a outros com vontade de trabalhar que tenha educação já que esse que me atendeu não sabe oque é ter educação ....
