I GAVE ENTRY IN TO GET MY SON'S VISA SINCE FEB-2020, AND UNTIL TODAY, 8/23/2021, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SAME!
I HIRED CASABLANCA TURISMO'S SERVICES IN FEB-2020, INVESTING MORE THAN R$1,000.00, AND TODAY THE PROCESS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, I REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND, AND STILL EVERYTHING INDICATES THAT THEY HAVE LOST MY CHILD'S PASSPORT.
THE CASABLANCA MUDUO TOURISM AGENCY MUDUO SEVERAL TIMES AS A TRAVEL CONSULTANT, AT LEAST THREE TIMES, AND EVEN NOT WARNED.
I ENTERED A PROCON/DECON PROCESS TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION!
