★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso, enrolaçao, além de agendar tratamento e chegar no dia moça falar que esqueceu o tempo de espera é enorme. Agenda vc para as nove e atende lá pelas dez.
Neglect, nonsense, in addition to scheduling treatment and arriving on the day a girl says she forgot the waiting time is huge. Schedule u for nine and see about ten.

Na minha última visita me deixaram esperando 1h e 30min e quando pedi o dinheiro de volta pra cancelar, fui informada que a Dra estava em reunião e a recepcionista não tinha avisado qe tinha paciente aguardando (eu fui reclamar pelo menos 3x e a recepcionista me dizia qe estavam esterilizando a sala e não se deu ao trabalho de ir checar), finalizaram me dizendo que eu não estava marcada sendo qe eu estava com o cartão de agendamento em mãos. Cancelei o procedimento.
Bad service, they are often late. On my last visit they left me waiting 1h 30min and when I asked for the money back to cancel, I was informed that the Dra was in a meeting and the receptionist had not warned that there was a patient waiting (I went to complain at least 3x and the receptionist said to me qe were sterilizing the room and didn’t even bother to check), they ended by telling me that I wasn’t marked being that I had the appointment card in hand. I canceled the procedure.

I just loved this clinic... The girls at the reception desk and the dentists are sweet, super polite, I was treated very well by all of them... I had all my dental treatment and my teeth are beautiful.
