Acontece que tive contato com uma pessoa que está com suspeita de covid, está só esperando o resultado do exame e não achei certo eu ir ao local. Falei no whatsapp com a atendente e expus a situação. Ela falou que era melhor eu não ir e eu perguntei como ficava a minha situação, se podia remarcar depois. Ela não disse nem que sim e nem que não, pediu meu nome e disse que iam entrar em contato comigo. Não entraram em contato comigo e no outro dia eu fui atrás. A atendente foi super seca comigo, disse que não tinha como remarcar e não devolviam o dinheiro, ou seja, eu ia ficar no prejuízo. Eu tentava ligar e eles não me atendiam, descaso total! Eu só acho que deveriam ser mais flexíveis com uma pessoa que frequenta o local há anos e entender que estamos no meio de uma pandemia, que esse tipo de coisa pode acontecer. Uma hora estamos bem e no outro dia estamos sob suspeita de covid. Achei total falta de empatia porque eu não desmarquei porque quis, eu desmarquei porque tenho responsabilidade social, jamais colocaria a vida de outras pessoas em risco. Enfim, fica a total decepção com o local, jamais voltarei!

She said neither yes nor no, she asked for my name and said that they would contact me. They did not contact me and the other day I followed. The attendant was super dry with me, said I had no way to reschedule and they would not return the money, that is, I would be at a loss. I tried to call and they didn't answer me, total neglect! I just think they should be more flexible with someone who has been there for years and understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, that this kind of thing can happen. One hour we are fine and the next day we are under suspicion of covid. I found a total lack of empathy because I did not cancel because I wanted to, I canceled because I have social responsibility, I would never put other people's lives at risk. Anyway, there is total disappointment with the place, I will never return!
