★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tratam como lixo o cliente que faz um pedido menor. Seria muito mais digno informar que só pegam pedidos grandes, ao invés de aceitar e ficar humilhando o cliente.
Terrible attendance. They treat the customer who places a smaller order as garbage. It would be much more worthy to report that they only take large orders, instead of accepting and humiliating the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito e péssimo atendimento com o cliente por parte da Dona.(ou responsável pelo estabelecimento) q não tem no mínimo simpatia e não sabe reconhecer os erros.Trata o cliente como se o cliente estivesse pedindo favor... Apesar do preço bom, as artes prontas os funcionários a maioria muito antenciosos principalmente os que trabalha com as artes e impressão. Porém não indico mais por conta mesmos dos responsáveis da loja que não sabe o que é tratar bem e resolver o problema de um cliente para que o mesmo possa voltar sempre.

Treat the customer as if the customer were asking for favor ... Despite the good price, the ready-made art, most of them very attentive employees, mainly those who work with the arts and printing.
