PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, ninguém me deu suporte quando cheguei na loja, pedi uma informação para uma vendedora do cabelo preto e grande à respeito de uma esponja para aplicação de corretivo, e ela me atendeu de má vontade e me virou as costas, nenhuma me deu um suporte sequer, esse não é o padrão do Mundo do Cabeleireiro, a unidade do Shopping Guararapes fui muito mais bem atendido, parece que estamos pedindo um favor, POR DEUS! Eu entendo que atendimento ao público não é fácil, e que nem sempre estamos com humor, mas nada justifica a arrogância em massa das vendedoras mutuamente, não comprei justamente por isso.
POOR SERVICE, no one supported me when I arrived at the store, I asked a salesperson with big black hair about a sponge for applying concealer, and she answered me grudgingly and turned her back on me, none of them gave me a support, this is not the standard of Mundo do Cabeleireiro, the Shopping Guararapes unit was much better served, it seems that we are asking for a favor, BY GOD! I understand that serving the public is not easy, and that we are not always in the mood, but nothing justifies the mass arrogance of mutual sellers, I didn't buy for that reason.
