★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui ao mundo do enxoval do shopping D&D , optei pelo atendimento pelo WhatsApp para ser rápido o meu atendimento pois eu precisaria viajar , fui atendida pela vendedora Lia que se prontificou a encontrar os produtos dos quais eu precisava , após informa -lá que seria uma troca o atendimento mudou drasticamente , nunca fui tão questionada a fazer uma troca , eu nem citei por quais produtos eu faria a troca e a vendedora me falou que queria as notas pois não trocaria peças de outlet ,para que eu não perdesse meu tempo indo até a loja , chegando lá fui muito bem tratada e quem me recebeu foi a gerente e fez minha troca , até aí tudo bem fiz a troca e paguei a diferença , quando sai uma funcionária acho que copeira da loja subiu as escadas do shopping correndo atras de mim ,quando percebi que estava sendo seguida, parei no meio do shopping, e ela voltou para trás .
E por incrível que pareça quando estava chegando a um café na av .percebi que uma das vendedoras da loja uma loira, estava me seguindo , não entendi o porque e não entendi o tamanho comportamento absurdo de um funcionário seguir um cliente , conclusão, nunca comprei na loja as peças são lindas , são de qualidade mas o atendimento do vendedor foi péssimo , eu não volto nunca mais nessa loja , frustrante pelo nome que essa empresa carrega , me senti descriminada por querer fazer uma troca .
Today I went to the trousseau world at the D&D mall, I opted for WhatsApp service to be quick with my service because I would need to travel, I was attended by the saleswoman Lia who was ready to find the products I needed, after informing her that it would be a exchange the service changed drastically, I was never asked to make an exchange, I didn't even mention which products I would make the exchange for and the saleswoman told me she wanted the notes because she wouldn't exchange outlet parts, so I wouldn't waste my time going to the store, when I got there I was treated very well and the manager who received me was the one who made my exchange, so far so good I made the exchange and paid the difference, when an employee leaves I think the maid of the store ran up the stairs of the mall running after When I realized I was being followed, I stopped in the middle of the mall, and she turned around.
And as incredible as it may seem, when I was arriving at a cafe on Av. I noticed that one of the store's saleswomen, a blonde, was following me, I didn't understand why and I didn't understand the absurd behavior of an employee following a customer, conclusion, I never bought in the store the pieces are beautiful , they are of good quality but the service from the seller was terrible , I will never go back to this store , frustrating for the name that this company carries , I felt discriminated against for wanting to make an exchange .
