Primeiramente os próprios donos não sabem agradar e tratar bem o cliente na hora da compra. Não tem desconto, não tem negociação, nem mesmo simpatia por parte dos próprios donos. segundo, que prometeram entregar em um prazo e não entregaram, mandaram pegar outro dia e no dia combinado o produto não estava na loja, ficaram de ligar para avisar e não ligaram, combinaram de entregar outro dia e na entrega, entregaram um dos produtos sujo, manchado, parecia peça de mostruário. Absurdo isso !
Deviam saber que a chegada de um bebê é muito esperado, e ter mais respeito e cuidado com os mínimos detalhes.
