I was really surprised and very satisfied with the service provided. I had a problem with delivery error at the Post Office, however, I had great support and follow-up by the seller. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não emitiram a nota fiscal de uma compra que fiz pelo mercado livre. Segundo email que recebi do mercado livre a compra é dessa empresa. Tentei solicitar a nota fiscal do HD pedindo ao vendedor e não consegui e nem o mercado livre conseguiu. Acredito que possam resolver o problema emitindo a notas fiscal.
They did not issue the invoice for a purchase I made through the free market. According to an email I received from the free market, the purchase is from this company. I tried to request the HD invoice asking the seller and I couldn't and neither did the free market. I believe they can solve the problem by issuing the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de um tempo atenderam minha reclamação sobre a nota fiscal que não foi emitida. Infelizmente demorou muito, mas fizeram a parte deles depois que abri uma reclamação no PROCON. No momento só dou 3 Estrelas como voto de confiança e espero que em compras futuras a nota fiscal seja emitida e entregue junto com a mercadoria.
After a while they answered my complaint about the invoice that was not issued. Unfortunately it took a long time, but they did their part after I opened a complaint with PROCON. At the moment I only give 3 Stars as a vote of confidence and I hope that in future purchases the invoice will be issued and delivered along with the goods.
