★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não e uma loja séria, entrega produto com defeito, não entrega na data marcada, não tem compromisso com o cliente e nunca mais compro lá não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible, it is not a serious store, it delivers defective product, it does not deliver on the scheduled date, it has no commitment to the customer and I never buy there again I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram o dia para entregar mas no dia fiquei esperando o dia inteiro liguei por volta da 16:00 e fui informada que eles tinham até a 18:00 para entregar mas não vieram é muita falta de compromisso com os clientes.
Lembrem-se que que vcs precisam mais dos clientes do q os clientes precisam de vcs.
They scheduled the day to deliver but on the day I waited all day I called around 16:00 and I was informed that they had until 18:00 to deliver but they did not come it is a lot of lack of commitment with customers.
Remember that you need customers more than customers need you.

Estou decepcionada com o pouco caso com seus clientes, comprei um armário na sexta-feira pq a vendedora me prometeu que entregaria no sábado, liguei pra lá no sábado 12:00 disseram que o montador estava na rua com o meu e que viria, mas não teve o trabalho de me perguntar meus dados para dar uma informação correta.. Conclusão, não vieram...Se tivesse comprado no cartão estornada o valor pra aprenderem tratar os clientes com um mínimo de respeito.
