Levei um iPhone 5 e um tablet da minha filha pois não estava funcionando, e logo depois de 1 dia, um tal de André me ligou deve ser o dono do.estabelecimento e me explicou que foi feito apenas uma limpeza e um choque no celular eles já voltaram a funcionar, se fosse em.outro lugar eles iriam inventar um. monte de serviço para encarecer ,principalmente eu que sou leigo no assunto iria pagar
Gostei do antendimento e da honestidade do serviço prestado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte do dono. Os outros funcionários são ótimos. Estava deixando meu celular para consertar só que não sabia que teria que deixa lo sem senha (ou informar a senha). Como tenho dados bancários, comecei a perguntar se não poderiam consertar sem desbloquear, e quando eu retirasse o celular, e EU iria testar junto com o pessoal da loja.
Dado a má vontade e falta de educação do dono, não consegui nem terminar de falar. Disse com grosseria que então era para cancelar meu conserto.
Ou seja, eu já estava com celular aberto para consertar, já tinham feito uma ficha, já estava com os 210 para pagar e tudo foi desfeito. Só porque eu estava sugerindo para testar no final.
Enfim, ao invés de CONVERSAR com o cliente e tentar encontrar uma saída que fosse bom para ambos, logo de cara A PRIMEIRA FRASE do dono foi que não ia consertar. E isso sem sair de traz da portinha onde estava.
Bom, espero que leiam aqui o que não tiveram educação de ouvir na loja. E que outro clientes saibam que, pelo menos hoje (2017), tive um péssimo atendimento.
Bad service from the owner. The other employees are great. I was leaving my cell phone to fix it but I didn't know that I would have to leave it without a password (or enter the password). As I have bank details, I started to ask if they could not be fixed without unlocking, and when I removed the cell phone, I would test it together with the store staff.
Given the owner's ill will and lack of education, I couldn't even finish talking. I said rudely that it was then to cancel my repair.
In other words, I already had an open cell phone to fix, they had already made a card, I already had 210 to pay and everything was undone. Just because I was suggesting to test it in the end.
Anyway, instead of TALKING with the customer and trying to find a way out that would be good for both of them, right away THE FIRST PHRASE of the owner was that he was not going to fix it. And that without leaving behind the door where he was.
Well, I hope you read here what you were not educated to hear in the store. And let other customers know that, at least today (2017), I had a terrible service.
