Quero saber oq está acontecendo!!!????
Preciso da internet pra trabalhar e já estou com muito coisa atrasada, até perdi cliente, isso é revoltante!
Se nenhuma explicação for dada e o problema n for resolvido, vou ter que tomar alguma providência e procurar meus direitos em relação a isso!

Atrasei alguns dias e agora quero pagar a Fatura , mas parece que não querem receber . Ligo pra lá e me informam que o banco precisa mandar a fatura atualizada, sendo que no site deles a fatura já é baixada com o valor atual . Até agora não me deram uma solução e eu já estou com o Dinheiro mas não consigo Pagar. Eu quero saber se os dias que eu fiquei sem serviço se vão ser descontado. Deveria pois pagamos multa e juros e quando acertamos a divida pagamos até pelos dias que não foram utilizados. Segurem um bom Processo. !!!! Lamentável pois ao invés de manterem a cordialidade com o cliente e procurar uma solução eles dificultam ainda mais a Situação.

Ontem caiu a conexão as 15 e pouca da tarde, só hoje pela manhã voltou, daí vou trabalhar, quando volto cai novamente, só Deus sabe quando vai voltar. O atendimento é de péssima qualidade, você liga e não atendem e quando aceitam a chamada desligam, acho que vocês querem brincar com a minha cara. Acredito que vocês, não tem noção da tamanha importancia de um cliente satisfeito. Nós clientes somos responsáveis pela saúde de qualquer empresa, comecem a valorizar mais isso, ou preparem -se para ser mais uma empresa a fechar, em meio a toda essa dificuldade que vive o país.
Para atualizar hoje dia 4 estou ligando para a Central de atendimento de vocês, iniciei as ligações 11:23 venho ligando desde então, sabe quantas vezes eu fui atendido nenhuma. Precisa saber o do porque que estou sem conexão desde cedo, e ninguém atendi para responder. Fique 9 minutos na linha esperando ser atendido, ninguém atendeu, simplesmente derrubam a ligação.

Pra quem precisa do WhatsApp deles, é esse aqui 21 99585-4758 sempre a mesma ladainha, "alguém furtou os cabos, poste caiu, problema no sistema" insuportável tamanha falta de respeito com o cliente. Me bloquearam porque simplesmente não identificaram o pagamento ja realizado há mais de 20 dias, e me cobraram dias a mais por uso. Bloquearam meu WhatsApp porque chamei atenção deles pelo WhatsApp, eu acho que deve ser crianças mimadas atendendo o suporte, não sabe tratar Cliente com respeito! É o mínimo. Querem ter razão de tudo. Eu não recomendo pra ninguém essa Internet. Se ai na sua região tiver essa Internet e não deixam entrar outra opção, deixo aqui os meus sentimentos pra você ou se mude urgente. Ja tomando nossas medidas necessárias.
