★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não garatem aquilo que anunciam, serviço péssimo, os técnicos vem e vão e não resolvem nada. A empresa não tem um sistema efetivo de comunicação com o cliente, acaba piorando ainda mais a experiência. A irresponsabilidade é tão grande que até diante a citação de um documento legal, como o código de defesa do consumidor, a empresa não faz absolutamente nada e ainda age contrário. Merecem uns belos processos pela irresponsabilidade isso sim.
 Horrible, don't guarantee what they advertise, terrible service, the technicians come and go and don't solve anything. The company does not have an effective system of communication with the customer, it ends up making the experience even worse. The irresponsibility is so great that even before the citation of a legal document, such as the consumer protection code, the company does absolutely nothing and still acts contrary. They deserve beautiful lawsuits for irresponsibility that is.
