Marquei presencialmente um banho para o meu Chow Chow, que não é agressivo, e que está acostumado a tomar banho no Mundo Pet do Meireles e no Celeiro. No dia seguinte levei ele conforme o agendamento, fui informada que o valor que pagaria está ACIMA do que eu pagava no outro Mundo Pet, ou seja, o valor não é tabelado. O banho com a tosa higiênica sairia por R$ 104,00. Até aí ok. Me entregaram a focinheira para colocar como protocolo do banho, a mesma por ser de pano não era resistente o suficiente, pois ao passar a pata meu pet a retirava com facilidade. Com isso, um dos rapazes que banha informou em um tom desagradável que não poderia atender meu pet. Por um despreparo deles acabei só perdendo tempo, passei por uma situação constrangedora frente à outros clientes e tive raiva. Continuarei indo para o Celeiro do Eusébio, no qual o atendimento é impecável e o valor muito mais justo!
Infelizmente os funcionários do Mundo Pet do Eusébio não se encontram preparados para atender. Um atendimento de excelência não se resume em apenas dizer “bem vindo ao mundo pet”.
Disappointed, won't be back.
I booked a bath in person for my Chow Chow, who is not aggressive, and who is used to bathing at Mundo Pet do Meireles and at Celeiro. The next day I took him according to the schedule, I was informed that the amount I would pay is ABOVE what I paid in the other Pet World, that is, the amount is not tabulated. The bath with the hygienic clipping would cost R$ 104.00. Until then ok. They gave me the muzzle to put it on as a bath protocol, because it was made of cloth, it was not resistant enough, because when I passed the paw my pet removed it easily. With that, one of the guys who bathes informed in an unpleasant tone that he could not attend to my pet. Because of their lack of preparation, I ended up wasting time, I went through an embarrassing situation in front of other customers and I got angry. I will continue to go to Celeiro do Eusébio, where the service is impeccable and the price is much fairer!
Unfortunately, the employees of Mundo Pet do Eusébio are not prepared to attend. An excellent service is not just about saying “welcome to the pet world”.

Essa nova Mundo Pet no Eusébio, embora menor que as lojas irmãs da Washington Soares e da Virgílio Távora, não perde em nada em questões de experiência, sortimento e, principalmente, preço. Além de aqui ter também o plano de estética e a clínica veterinária. Estive na inauguração e recomendo!

This new Mundo Pet no Eusébio, although smaller than the sister stores of Washington Soares and Virgílio Távora, doesn't lose anything in terms of experience, assortment and, above all, price.
