Um espaço excelente, ótimos produtos, uma variedade de medicamentos e funcionários. Nenhum veio me cumprimentar, ou perguntar se eu precisava de alguma ajuda. Nada.
 I'm impressed how the service works for some and not for others. I was recommended by a friend to visit the store. I went in and walked through it. An excellent space, great products, a variety of medicines and staff. None came to greet me, or ask if I needed any help. Anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência Fantástica, encontrei uma garota que se chama Maya, na verdade ela não é funcionária da Mundo Pet, ela é promotora das Rações da Premier, parabenizo a Mundo Pet,por tê-la no seu quadro de atendimento, ela simplesmente nos atendeu com um carisma,e deu uma aula sobre rações, saimos sabendo o que é um Ácido linoleico,aracdonico, e o porquê tem isso na ração, meu esposo ficou impressionado,com o conhecimento dela, ( meu esposo é nutrólogo, e não falou isso pra ela) Ela arrasou,. até a quantidade de calorias que tinha na ração ela falou pra gente,levamos Nattú de Abóbora (2,5Kg) e a de Mandioca(1Kg) PARABÉNS MUNDO PET E PREMIER POR TER PESSOAS QUALIFICADAS E QUE PASSAM SEGURANÇA REFERENTE A ALIMENTAÇÃO DOS NOSSOS PETS. Espero que isso chegue até a Maya, e que sirva de incetivo para que a mesma continue essa excelente profissional..
Fantastic experience, I met a girl named Maya, actually she is not an employee of Mundo Pet, she is a promoter of Rations at Premier, I congratulate Mundo Pet, for having her on their service board, she simply attended us with a charisma, and taught a class on animal feed, we went out knowing what a linoleic acid, arachidonic acid is, and why it has it in the feed, my husband was impressed, with her knowledge, (my husband is a nutritionist, and he didn't tell her that ) She rocked it. even the amount of calories in the ration she told us, we took Nattú de Abóbora (2.5Kg) and Cassava (1Kg) CONGRATULATIONS PET WORLD AND PREMIER FOR HAVING QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO PASS SAFETY REGARDING THE FOOD OF OUR PETS. Marquei pelo wpp o banho e tosa da minha gata com mais de uma semana de antecedência, cheguei lá, a pessoa que me atendeu não marcou a tosa e me falaram que eu teria que ficar esperando pois em algum momento entre 12h e 20h eles poderiam atender meu pet. Quando eu disse que não poderia ficar eles imediatamente me deram estorno.
Ou seja, marcaram errado, a solução foi "esperar" e não tiverem nenhum esforço para manter o cliente, saí de lá só para pagar o estacionamento do shopping mesmo. De fato, não tenho intenção de voltar.
